Minnie, a two-year-old baby, arrives with a suspected deadly virus, and a large bull elephant gets state-of-the-art care for kidney disease. 2. Colic for Elephants During a late-night emergency, three sickly female elephants are admitted with colic. One mama brings along her young calf as she receives treatment, and the vets use cutting-edge equipment to help nurse the gentle giants back to health.
